Alaska Physical Therapy Specialists and Benchmark Construction teamed up to renovate an existing dental office condo into a lively new space for APTS.
The existing space was not up to current life safety codes. This created a challenge in of itself as Benchmark had to define a working floor plan to satisfy the Fire Department all while trying to commence & completion construction within a 3 week timeframe.
The end result is a fresh, open environment with angled and rounded walls directing patient traffic while maintaining a professional environment.
The space features round and angled waiting room walls, new finish floors, an entirely new room layout, 3 bathrooms, 5 patient rooms, a breakroom and a laundry room.
