Benchmark collaborated with Ten21 Ar-chitecture to take the downtown land-mark into the 21st century. The aged aggregate panels were replaced with a 24ga corrugated steel wainscot with sustainable smart boards and batts above.
By extending the "Crab" wall vertically 24" we were able to install three accent fixtures which highlight the 10th & M's historic crab. Work also included accent & soffit lighting, state of the art air screens and repainting throughout.
Construction on the façade was performed after-hours 7 days a week without any disruption to the store or clientele.
